Delivery Areas

We currently ship to most countries within the European Union. For destinations outside the EU or if you do not see your country as an option for shipping, please contact us at info@quinnforskinn.com before placing an order.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Netherlands: 2–3 business days
  • EU (standard): 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping on orders above €75 or local currency equivalent, where applicable.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@quinnforskinn.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.


Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a parcel is refused or not collected and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from any refund issued.
